VENDOR FAQ

How do I choose the right vendor category?
Pick the category that matches what you're selling or representing — Small Business, Community Organization, Nonprofit, Merchandise, Food Truck, BBQ Competition, or Corporate Booth. Each category has its own deposit amount and booth size. If you're unsure which fits, email us and we'll help you choose.
Is the deposit refundable?
No. All vendor deposits are non-refundable, as they secure your booth location and remove it from availability to other vendors. We recommend only applying once you're confident in your participation.
When and how do I find out my booth location?
Booth assignments are made on a first-come, first-served basis as deposits are confirmed. Once your deposit clears, our team will follow up with your assigned zone and any setup details ahead of the event.
What's included with my booth?
Your deposit secures your assigned space in the vendor marketplace for both festival days. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables, tents, signage, and display materials unless otherwise noted in your confirmation email.
Can I sell food or beverages?
Yes — Food Truck and BBQ Competition categories are specifically built for food and beverage vendors. Depending on local regulations, you may need to provide proof of any required health permits or licenses prior to the event.
How long does the application review take?
Our team reviews and responds to every application within 24 hours. You'll receive details on next steps, including how to submit your deposit to lock in your spot.
Can I camp on-site overnight as a vendor?
Many attendees camp on-site for the full weekend, which keeps foot traffic strong on both days. Vendor camping availability and details will be shared in your confirmation email after your deposit is received.
What if I need to cancel after applying?
If you need to cancel before submitting your deposit, simply let us know — no charge is made until your deposit is paid. Once a deposit is submitted, it is non-refundable, but in some cases your spot may be transferable to a future event. Contact us to discuss your situation.
Is there a limit on how many vendors per category?
Yes. Each category has a limited number of booth spaces to keep the marketplace balanced and ensure every vendor gets meaningful visibility. Spaces are awarded in the order deposits are received — apply early to improve your chances.
